1. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are only issued after:
- Product inspection
- Approval of return request
2. Refund Method
Refunds will be processed using the same original payment method:
- Online payments → refunded to original account
- COD → refunded via agreed method (bank transfer or store credit)
3. Refund Timeline
Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after approval.
Processing time may vary depending on banks or payment providers.
4. Non-Refundable Charges
The following are non-refundable:
- Shipping fees
- COD service fees
- Any service or installation charges
5. Partial Refunds
We reserve the right to issue partial refunds in cases where:
- Product condition is not fully compliant
- Packaging is damaged
- Accessories are missing
6. Rejected Refunds
If the return is rejected after inspection, the product will be returned to the customer, and no refund will be issued.
