At MESTER SMART AUTO ACCESSORIES L.L.C, we aim to ensure customer satisfaction while protecting our business from misuse.
1. Return Eligibility
Customers may request a return within 14 days from the date of delivery, provided that all the following conditions are met:
- The product is unused and not installed
- The product is in its original condition
- The product is in original packaging with all accessories included
- The product shows no signs of wear, damage, or alteration
- Proof of purchase is provided
2. Strict Return Conditions
To maintain product quality and fairness, the following conditions strictly apply:
- Any product that has been installed, used, or altered will NOT be accepted
- Any product returned without original packaging will NOT be accepted
- Any product with scratches, damage, or missing parts will be rejected
- Electrical items once opened may not be eligible for return
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are strictly non-returnable:
- Car perfumes and fragrance-related products
- Hygiene-related items (cleaning cloths, interior wipes, etc.)
- Custom or special-order items
- Clearance or discounted items (unless defective)
4. Inspection Process
All returned products will be inspected by our team.
Approval or rejection of returns is solely at our discretion based on product condition.
5. Right to Reject Returns
We reserve the full right to reject any return request that does not comply with the above conditions, without any obligation.
